A. Walking has been a huge part of my daily routine ever since I moved to working from home two years ago, and I enjoy learning new skills and motivations to keep things new and interesting. Even after gyms and studios opened back up and I've been able to expand my fitness routines, walking is a habit that stuck. It is so beneficial to find the time to step away from the screen and just walk out the door!

Actually forgot about the resources but have been walking 5-7 miles / day. It’s part of my routine but now I will listen to the resources you have provided. Always want to pump it up!

I walk my dog each and every day. Doesn't matter if it is snowing, raining or extreme heat. We get out and walk. On average, 5 miles daily. It's part of our routine.

A. Love It!  I'm a runner but love to walk on my recovery days and this program is providing me with new perspectives on getting the most out of my walking workouts.  Thanks!

Currently a caregiver and hard to find time.

In the same boat. It's hard to take care of myself, but I know this is for the best. I'm trying my best to keep it up, and keep pushing! @Divvagal19

Walking for post surgery and it’s typically not my favorite so this helps!

Love it.  I've been a walker for years, but I always walk the same routines.  This is great to mix things up.  Enjoying it so far.

A. Love it! It's actually an old routine for me but glad to do this as part of a group (although not together, per se), it's definitely more fun!

Love it.  These types of challenges really keep me focused on getting outside for a walk, when I probably would just sit and work

I love it! This has motivated me to walk as much as possible- including to work every day. I also leave the office at lunch daily for a 10-15 minute walk

A. Lovin it!! 😍

I love the challenge.  I have been walking 3-5x a week 5 miles each time.  With spring here, and my awesome ATHLETA gear it’s so amazing to be outside in nature!!

B. I forgot this was a thing ugh

Loving it even more now that the extra layers can come off. Going around a corner and seeing the wild geraniums puts a skip into my steps.
