Days where I play basketball with my boyfriend are the most fun! I'm not good (at all) but just being out there with him and running around is so nice
I feel like I am pretty active for my age. I have a 2 year old GSP, ( German Short Hair Pointer) that needs LOTS of exercise so we tend to walk her daily, about 2.5 miles plus lots of throwing a ball. I also play Pickleball, getting back into tennis and learning to play golf, which I tend to walk 9 or 18 holes.
I love to run and take workout classes (Barry's!). I also love walking around the city 🙂

I love to play tennis & recently picked it up again after 10 years, but I also love barre, Pilates, Yoga, & running. I had to take time off for a slight injury, so I started swimming for cardio, and while it was challenging (and boring to me...), I learned to like it more & more and happy that I discovered something new to add to my fitness routines!
I enjoy doing yoga in the morning and taking a break for meditation in the afternoon. That helps me to re-focus. I have also been taking several shorter walks throughout the day to get a break from my desk!
Stand up paddle boarding on a clear winter day. Miles out in the ocean, looking back at the snow topped mountains just past the shoreline.
All the time I spend walking or hiking with my dog is the best part of my movement routine! The bonding is great!
Cardio dance is so much fun that it doesn’t even feel like a workout. It is a different way of moving your body and with the right music can improve my mood.
On days I get yardwork/gardening done and a full body strength or hiit workout it are my favorite days!
I love hiking in nature with my 14-year-old. We use the time to feel the sun, discover new places, and destress by talking about things that bother us. She calls it our walk and talk. I also enjoy yoga when I need time alone to quiet my mind and move my body. Nothing feels better than a well-earned shavasana.
Dancing! Music & moving to it is always a lift for me. I’m going to pickle ball camp next week to get into something new & social & hope I love it.
Love tennis with my girlfriends 💕 especially if outside. I also enjoy hiking with my husband and pup, something about the outdoors grounds my soul

I love to walk/hike with my teenage sons. It can be hard to find time/ways to connect with them at this age, so working out together, discovering new trails, and taking selfies provides great bonding moments.
My new favorite passion is pickleball! 🏓😀
I love the Bingo card idea! I enjoy many activities but a little extra motivation is always welcome 🙂 Some of my favorite activities include paddle boarding, hiking in the great outdoors, a newfound love for pickleball, and walking with friends and family.
Changing it up is key for me. Group fitness classes and outdoors runs are my favorites!
I like to spend time with my gym buddies whether it is in the gym or on our weekly hiking (winter) or biking (summer) trips through local parks and trails. Favorite fitness classes include CRT, yoga, pilates, and barre but I also do some TRX and weight training on my own. I also have 2 very young grandkids that keep me active playing kickball, biking or just going to the local playgrounds. Then after dinner I like to take a stroll through the neighborhood with my husband to unwind and catch on the days activities.
I took the plunge last month into something I've wanted to do since I was school-aged - play tennis! Getting onto the court in a group lesson has become a highlight of my week ❤️
I enjoy walking both power & meditative. I also enjoy a great vinyasa yoga flow. This weekend I am going to try Pilates!!
Morning Yoga with Adriene (YouTube) - I feel energized and strong which has really built up my self-confidence.
Taking 10 mins in my workday to step away from the computer to stretch, do some yoga or cardio boxing has been a game changer. When I have more time to work out in the evening, cardio boxing or strength training classes on the obe app are my favorite go-tos.
I love being active and sports in general. My favorite is hiking and yoga. Either with family
or friends. Along with mediation. After a long day at work.
I go to a fitness dance class every week..dancing to pop songs and every third song is weights..great workout and so much fun! Favorite part of the week!
I especially enjoy hikes and tennis, since they are always with people I enjoy and enable me to be outside.
HITT routines are both super tough but crazy fun and empowering.
I love running and yoga. They both balance each other out well!
Playing volleyball, dancing, walking my dogs or with family, and doing all types of yoga!

Currently the most fun part is helping my son practice baseball, lots of chasing after balls and laughing.
Walks are my favorite part of my movement routine! But really any movement - yoga, strength, running, walking, etc. is wonderful.
Pilates is my favorite. It's for any age and body type. I've loved it so much, I'm a certified instructor now
I love, barre, hip hop dance, and Latin dance classes, these classes lift up my spirit and give me energy boost. For other days, I also love strength training and yoga.
I am 50 and try to have a healthy lifestyle. I workout everyday at home watching videos- cardio, upper body, lower body, etc.. The activity I really enjoy is hiking especially when I visit AZ. There are so many beautiful but tough enough to feel like workout hiking trails everywhere in AZ. Also I enjoy gardening in summer too and that can be a workout!
