Yes, I have done aerial yoga off and on for a few years. It does dig
into your body, but I sometimes wear one of those waist wraps, to
prevent pain. I have an aerial sling in my home.
My go to's are extra long, extra wide mat, kettlebells and dumbbells. I
have way more equipment that includes, weight bar, professional Pilates
and GYROTONIC(R) Method equipment.
