For my tip to share, I wanted to add my morning routine. I wake up 30
minutes before everyone else in the house to set the mood for the day.

￼I just returned from a long trip and wish I had done more movement. I
needed the rest but coupled with eating differently, it did not do
favors for my body. Taking a short walk in the mornings would have been
a great addition.
