It’s been a while since I have practiced yoga so I was looking forward
to this class. The yoga flow was wonderful at the end of my day and I
loved getting such a deep stretch. Also loved the reminder that women
try to make ourselves small but instead...
I would like to increase my cardio exercises but often get soreness in
my knees and hamstrings. Do you have tips for protecting these areas
when increasing my cardio? I’m thinking about adding indoor spin or
treadmill to my barre routine.
