Dang! I missed this due to a family dinner. I’ll check out the recorded
session tomorrow. I did get a workout in earlier today as the weather
was near 70°.
I like this post. I’m so tired of all the ads for diets. I am adding
more vegetables to my diet. My husband and I bought a juicer. We are
experimenting with recipes this week.
I enjoyed Sarah’s yoga class. Thanks for leading us, Sarah. I am a
beginner of yoga. It’s my practice and I can move the way my body feels
best. What a refreshing feeling afterword. I am worthy!! The Well Being
Community is helping me since I WFH.
I am letting go of all the little stuff that doesn’t matter. I’m going
to stay grounded daily by getting fresh air, taking a moment for self
meditation, practicing gratitude, and moving my body. Thank you, Dani,
for leading us.
