I decided to do this in the morning and it help to ground myself and
relieve bad thoughts about the day ahead. As a new school semester is
starting I find myself getting so worked up and this helped to push
through bad energy.
I noticed that I was very on edge and antsy, I usually get that way
doing these things. I felt tense in shoulders and lower back and as well
as my mind, it was wondering non stop but this help to get a little more
