I would say just give it a shot. I was wildly intimidated by gyms and
groups workouts still make me anxious. I just remember I'm there to
build a better me and so is everyone else. If the one you try doesn't
work try another:)
Aside from FitOn which has already been recommended I highly recommend
Maddy Forbergs program. It's 16 a month and I mad eelaos and bounds in
my lifting doing it.
I do bodybuilding and my comp coach who does both workout and meals on
online. Before prep I also worked with a different online coach and
nutritionist. Both were great and much more affordable than in person
