Loved this calming meditation- I'm going to keep it in my back pocket as a way to reset! I felt my whole body relax during and am hoping to take these benefits into the rest of my day.

This was a wonderful way to start the day-- bring in some awareness and release tension I didn't even realize I had! I feel much more of my breath now moving forward.

Such a wonderful combination of workouts-- I loved doing Chris' class first and then Sarah's and feeling expansiveness in two different ways!
