@SuzannahW1 i had that fear, too! great minds!  but the transcends don't do that. They are buttery soft while maintaining structure/support. The only reason they're not my go-to is b/c I NEED pockets and lots of them.

I'm so sorry to hear this! My heart aches at the the thought. I'm sure you've heard this suggested before, but have you tried meditation or breathwork before bed? I'm sure it's hard because it sounds like it's unpredictable.
