I have been using the "Write it out" idea- and thanks for the 10! I just
write anything and everything down on paper for 5 minutes - usually
turns into 10.Just spilling my brain/gut a bit onto paper.It usually is
everything that is on my mind and or ...
I loved Chris' workout! Thank you Chris and Athleta Well. It was a great
workout in that she showed how to carefully do the exercises with the
weights/ how to bend and do sit up the correct way. A nice escape from a
