ANA ANA ANA! HONEY! Dead Bugs and Planks (forget the weight). My Initial thoughts to a long day; was shower eat & rest BUT I remembered MY COMMITMENT to the CHALLENGE. Let’s just say that I’ve not risen from the mat yet!
