How many roles and responsibilities do you hold in your life? Personally, I have a lot. I’m a teacher, a writer, a wife, a mom, a sister, and so many more.

There are many periods where I feel quite overextended and need to dial back where I am putting my energy. While each role is individually important, I can’t do them all well if I'm trying to do them all at once.


This 5 pose/15 min practice is designed to help you reintegrate those fractured sides of yourself. It is a short, but powerful practice, where you can pull all of your attention and energy entirely inward, so that when you’re ready to reach back out, you can be much more intentional about how you are sharing yourself. Feel free to do these poses within your flow or as a stand alone sequence.
