Do you pee when working out? Like lifting leg in yoga or jumping? Or both?

Since having a baby, I can’t do a jumping jack unless I’m wearing a pad.
Though incontinence is common, it’s not a life-sentence ! There’s some stuff we can do in yoga and movement to help strengthen our pelvic floor and lower core (nope, not kegels).

❤️@Sarah_E I would lovvveee a video on strengthening our pelvic floor. Sneezes are my weakness, I have to be careful! 😂 Since its confession time: I will say working out lets out more gas than just a little pee. Maybe its because I'm relaxed or my stomach is being squeezed, but I get sooo gassy working out (maybe why I don't have a workout buddy LOL). Maybe I need a butt strengthening video to stop these toots LOL
Okay first off, we all fart. Even Queen Elizabeth 😉 That's not uncommon when working out and sometimes overly clenching part of our pelvic floor can lead to laxity in another. It's also healthy and natural! But back to peeing and sneezing, that should not be happening! I think the next bit of content I cook up will have some good breathing exercises to help!
