I have tried Ariel Yoga a few times @Vanessa It is great way to take the impact off of your joints. I found the straps to be a bit biting but all in all it was pretty fun.
I have tried Arial Hammock Yoga. I love it for the inversions. The flying feels great. But a caution - it's easy to drop into flexibility and if you have any issues to prep for, please be gentle. (My example is a low back issue and it's easy to compensate into the low back before you realize it.)
Yes, I have done aerial yoga off and on for a few years. It does dig into your body, but I sometimes wear one of those waist wraps, to prevent pain. I have an aerial sling in my home.
