"Wellness" x Medical

Good morning AthleteWell team. I'm curious what your experience is with doctors.

"In surveys, most doctors say that they spend between nine and twenty four minutes with each patient per visit. Physicians listen to their patients for an average of eleven seconds before interrupting," one study has shown.

This article explains how wellness practices such as acupuncture, massage therapy, reiki, and other forms of human touch can be just as healing and maybe even more effective than our traditional medicinal practices. Even though these wellness practices are not evidence based, could integrating them into traditional doctor clinics be effective?

What are your thoughts?
