Thank you to all the AthletaWell members who were able to join my Intro to Mindfulness: Stress Management events last week and this week. We had such a great time understanding what mindfulness means, and how to be mindful daily. I also shared mindfulness journal prompts and exercises for stress relief, answered questions on how to overcome workplace stress, + a mid-day meditation to help ground yourself.
