So glad we’re talking about the pelvic floor here. I recommend to my clients to workout their pelvic floor otherwise it can cause problems as you age. Has anyone tried Ben Wa Balls or Yoni Eggs to help? I’m thinking about testing them out to see if these help on top of exercise
￼As a previous pelvic floor PT I find that strength is not always the answer. Most of the time women are in such chronic hypertonicity (spasm), that release work with strength is required. Using those devices can help with strength, but need to make sure your muscles can complete a full range of motion contraction and relaxation.
