Very excited for this! I'm noticing a lot of tension in the body lately - especially jaw and chest. Not sure if we'll cover how to relax those but I've also been interested in the tension/release tactic to calm oneself. Yes! We’ll be doing some isometric tension holds clenching muscles and releasing. I am having issues converting my Zoom videos at the moment but I am hoping I can figure it out so that I can repost here.
Update: I cannot figure out how to download the recorded video from Zoom. For some reason it is opening the file up in a software that only plays audio. Attempting to troubleshoot with Zoom. Sorry about this!
