Hi Mamas,
I’ve created a very specific exercise technique to fix the problems that come with pregnancy and childbirth. For a long time my pelvic floor leaked urine (which got auto-corrected to iTunes which made me giggle!) and my abdominal wall and skin needed extra help. My body didn’t “bounce back” with breastfeeding, this took focus and determination. For the last ten years, I’ve shared this info with any mom that’s asked and wondered if you ladies would like to know more about it here in this forum? It’s been my mission to share what I’ve learned since it helped me so much. Have a wonderful weekend with your kiddos, mamas.
Hi I'm new to this space, I would be interested to know others ways to strengthen my pelvic floor. Please share 😊
I definitely need this. I’ve been told to se a pelvic floor PT, but with work and kids, I can’t seem to figure out when I could fit this in.
I am interested in learning more about this.
I would love this! I have so much scar tissue from my c-sections that has resulted in all kinds of unexpected pelvic floor pain/issues. No one ever told me about this. 😞
Yes, please share. I would love to learn more.
I would like to know more. I have had 2 children who are now 27 and 29 and just started having some incontinence issues and my doctor has told me to do physical therapy, but I haven't. My sister has and it has helped her a lot.
Yes please!!
Please share!
I am 70 and have battled with weak pelvic floor, even after bladden repair. Would love a long term profram.
I'm very interested
Hi, I have had 2 prolapse surgeries in the last 2 years. I thought that would fix everything, but nope now I have leaking. Nothing crazy, just a little. I am on a list to get in to see a Physical Therapist but they have no availability until June. I know many women suffer from a weak pelvic floor. I'd also be interested in hearing what you are doing to strengthen it.
Yes please share! I can’t find any therapists in my area that specialize with this and keegles just don’t do it.
Hi, this sounds like great info - please share. do you need my email? or will you share here?
I'd love more info, too! FYI, there is a yoga teacher in the Bay Area who has pelvic floor workshops pretty regularly. Definitely check out her site!
Oh please share, I'm so sick of leaking.
Yes! Would love to hear!
I am interested. I'm not a birth mom but struggle with bladder control and sustaining libido.
Yes, please, do share! I'd be most appreciative and grateful for any info to help me regain what I lost from a c-section 30 years ago....
PLEASE PLEASE SHARE!
Yes please!
