I am a health coach and get this question a lot!! You are definitely not alone. I suggest starting small. What are 1-2 self-care activities that you can do for 2-5 minutes a day? (some ideas include breathe, stretch, walk outside, journal, read, quiet time, a warm shower, making your favorite warm beverage, affirmation. Pick something you love to do!). Once you identify these, add them to your routine so that it can slowly become a habit (for instance, repeating an affirmation after brushing your teeth, or stretching before you get into bed). Start small and notice how you feel, then adjust as feels right to you!
