As an OB/GYN, Dr. Jen has heard it all. But the more information she can get from patients, the better. Here she breaks down what kinds of conversations you should be having with your primary care provider. Not experiencing menopause symptoms yet? Dr. Jen advises that the best time to begin bringing this topic up with your doctor is between the ages of 40 and 45.

@DrJen_G, your book, The Menopause Manifesto has been my saving grace as I was entering menopause transition about a year ago. It’s daunting to think this could last 10 years for me. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Having TMM as a resource has been enormously helpful. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
