I am struggling to keep off weight I put on during the pandemic. I am working out 2-3 times a week, eating healthy, sleeping 7 hours & doing yoga. Please share advice

I’m exploring functional medicine along with estrogen / progesterone therapy to help . This may be something you can ask your doctor about .

@OCEAN123 is it possible that weight gain is a normal part of our aging and stress. I don’t personally want t be fighting my body. When we do the things that make our body healthy our size just falls where it does. The stress of trying to intentionally get to some smaller us might be worse then the size we are. Culturally we’ve been conditioned that smaller is better and larger is bad. I’ve had to battle and unlearn a lot.

I am right there with you! The weight gain has been a struggle. Doesn't matter how many steps I get. I eat really well and make good choices and watch my portions and nothing seems to help.

How do you feel? If you feel good and healthy, a meditation practice can help you love the body you are in.
