    When I have a busy day, I don't have time to exercise + shower + change. Sometimes it's squeezing a workout before errands or in between taking care of my mom. Are there exercises I can do that are effective without breaking a sweat?

    I love items that can go from Zoom to home gym. Something I can throw on in the morning, look great on Zoom and then do a quick workout when I can step away from desk. It is sometimes hard to find options that can pull double duty!
