Problem w ultimate stash 7/8 tight

I purchased a 7/8 tight at a Athleta store about 2 months ago. The manager helped me find the correct fit but when pull the drawstring the pants continue to fall down . I’m constantly pulling the tights up. I just purchased a pair of ultimate stash capris same size as 7/8 tights and the drawstring works and my capris stay put. Is there something wrong with my tights? Can I return them?

Hi @DMFrench sorry you're not happy with your recent purchase! You have 60 days from the purchase date to return your tights - check your receipt and if you're within the window you should be able to take them back to the store to exchange or return them! I have the same issue with the accelerate capris. I went to return them, but I am just outside my 60 day window☹️
