Congratulations on the birth of your little girl! I totally empathize with this and experienced lack of routine after covid. I have enjoyed Barre since its low impact but can play around with intensity with weights and reps.

I would say just give it a shot. I was wildly intimidated by gyms and groups workouts still make me anxious. I just remember I'm there to build a better me and so is everyone else. If the one you try doesn't work try another:)
