I've never hired an online coach, but I've had a lot of success with online workout plans that I've purchased from Natacha Oceane. If you're looking for really specific guidance, coaching is probably the way to go, but I appreciated the savings of just getting a really robust plan versus 1-on-1 service.
I’ve tried templated programs in the past, they are definitely more wallet friendly but it’s hard to know if you’re doing things right. I figured if I hired a coach that would be looking at my lifts, even if it was post workout feedback, it would help. It’s hard to find a qualified strength coach in my area. I’ll give it a try and see how it goes. 😁
I do bodybuilding and my comp coach who does both workout and meals on online. Before prep I also worked with a different online coach and nutritionist. Both were great and much more affordable than in person
