    Online Strength Training

Has anyone on here ever hired an online strength coach?  I have a busy schedule and have equipment at home.  I want to focus on getting stronger.

I’ve been looking at services through this company: Starting Strength Gyms Online Coaching

I’ve heard Starting Strength Coaches are good at helping with programming and technique.  Has anyone looked into this service before?

I've never hired an online coach, but I've had a lot of success with online workout plans that I've purchased from Natacha Oceane. If you're looking for really specific guidance, coaching is probably the way to go, but I appreciated the savings of just getting a really robust plan versus 1-on-1 service.

Hope you find something that works for you!

I’ve tried templated programs in the past, they are definitely more wallet friendly but it’s hard to know if you’re doing things right.  I figured if I hired a coach that would be looking at my lifts, even if it was post workout feedback, it would help.  It’s hard to find a qualified strength coach in my area.  I’ll give it a try and see how it goes. 😁

I do bodybuilding and my comp coach who does both workout and meals on online. Before prep I also worked with a different online coach and nutritionist. Both were great and much more affordable than in person

    Hi Rebecca,

As an online strength coach (I am actually a doctor of physical therapy, but have a passion for coaching so I do it as well), I can say that you can have an incredible experience working with an online coach.

Our online platform is incredibly supportive and gives the ability to really design a custom program. We also help with accountability and are available 24/7 for feedback and support.

Especially if you are busy! I think it's a wonderful way to maintain a consistent fitness routine.

    Hope that helps!
