Good morning

I'm just starting after being away for 2.5 years from a without routine after Covid pandemic and giving birth to a baby girl.

I feel loss of strength and endurance but I'm hoping it will come back a little after 2 months. I started by doing Barre which has a strength part in class.

@Newari23 Congratulations! The pandemic has completely knocked me off course, but hoping to get my strength back too. Good to hear barre helps

Thank you. I've been going 2-3 weeks straight. 6x a week. Also eating completely healthy and very small bites of the foods that are too sugary. I crave less food and less sugar. I'm even confident I'm not going to crash and burn. I always have healthy options first.

@Newari23 awesome to hear, that's real dedication. if you have any healthy snack recommendations, would love to hear them. going grocery shopping today so need some ideas

Girl I do a lot of weight lifting and am prepping for a bodybuilding show and I did Barre for the first time this last week and I was SORE. Good for you:)

It really does make you so sore in so many places. How is strength training going?

Congratulations on the birth of your little girl! I totally empathize with this and experienced lack of routine after covid. I have enjoyed Barre since its low impact but can play around with intensity with weights and reps.
