I’m finding it hard to do just one minute. It flies by so fast and i get to only half of my body lol. But 2 minute body scans are working well for me 😂!

Yes! If more time feels right great! That's the hope is as we take even 1-minute we can begin to be aware of what feels right personally and offer it to yourself! Glad you're enjoying 2-minute scans!
