I really miss Well-Being Week a few weeks ago. There were so many great tools and resources for us to look back on, but sometimes its hard to stay accountable to our commitments.
To keep me feeling good, this week I'm going sober. I want a clear head to help me reset and close out the month. To help reset, I'll also be doing a *winter* cleaning and daily activity (workout and walk).
