Traveling can be stressful. While it can be nice to get away, the stress of traveling, making plans, making your departures on time, and everything in between. It's not uncommon for us to carry tension in areas we hold stress: like the jaw, shoulders and neck, back, hips, and pelvic floor. Everything is connected and we should honor that. Here is a routine that is designed for loosening up these very areas with gentle stretches and movements.
