Traveling by plane, car, train, or even boat? You may be sitting for a while. In an effort to relieve some tension from being in one position for too long, Dr. Malek shares a full body stretch routine you can do anywhere (even with your suitcase!) Hold each for 20-30 seconds, or move through the motions at a comfortable tempo for up to 30 seconds. Breathe through the motions, relax, and feel things unwind. Great for hip, back, and neck pain!
