Not sure who this is for; but sharing from a open heart!
So, I woke up feeling a little discouraged today, couldn't seem to find the energy to get to the gym or post to my social, and my headspace just felt blah. In the moment it was unclear why I felt so down, but I was determined not to unravel in it. So, I decided to take a few minutes to simply wrap myself in my fuzzy blanket and just be with myself. For about 20 minutes I meditated, prayed, challenged the self-talk and eventually these three truths emerged:

This is a great post and important message! I am going through some physical changes related to my thyroid and thyroid medication which has me scared and doubting myself one day, and confident and hopeful the next. I have begun journaling a bit each day around this topic which has helped me. Sometimes progress looks like three steps forward, two steps back!
