My go to always seems to be yogurt with fruit and granola/nuts! It may seem boring, but to me, it has just the right amount of sweet from the fruit and I usually only buy vanilla flavored yogurt. Great topic!!! Love all the suggestions!!!

Does anyone have a suggestion for quick protein packed lunches - especially post morning workout? Currently doing turkey or tuna fish sandwiches....any suggestions for alternatives? 

Lentil soup. Hummus with whole grain bread and avocado. Nuts handful. Absolutely love barakus nuts; high in iron and fiber. chickpea salad with greens. Black bean and rice burrito or bowl ( add broccoli, carrots tamari) always eat leftover from night...

Inflation is out of control and now my normal grocery run is at least $100 more than usual. How are you saving on your groceries or making your food last?? 

I recently started using preservation techniques from Amy Cross of The Cross Legacy. I can get two to three weeks out of my produce now with just a bit of extra time…so worth it!

I snack a lot throughout the day, so I'm trying to figure out how I can incorporate a schedule of when to eat meals/ snacks. Also would be helpful to understand how early/late I should eat so I can try to limit it!
