I snack a lot throughout the day, so I'm trying to figure out how I can incorporate a schedule of when to eat meals/ snacks. Also would be helpful to understand how early/late I should eat so I can try to limit it!

Hey! The timing of your meals isn’t as important as staying consistent with how many meals and snacks and balancing blood sugar levels so you don’t always feel the need to snack so often. I would recommend eating a greens and proteins focused breakfast within an hour of waking up. Making breakfast a big meal will help keep you full! If you need a mid morning snack, choose something like fruit or vegetables and hummus instead of something sugary. Then have lunch, a mid afternoon snack, and a lighter dinner. It’s best to eat your last meal 2 hours before you plan to go to bed so you have time to digest properly and your body can truly rest overnight. A tip I like is eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper. This should help keep you satisfied throughout the day!

Hi! I personally try not to eat anything 2-3 hours before going to bed. When I'm snacking during the day, I also focus on adrenal snacks that are energy-boosting and healthy (ex: dates, apple with peanut butter) etc.

@Afish824 - another thought is Why do you snack so much?  Healthier choices could keep you fuller longer, and meals with smart choices could do the trick.  Another suggestion is water, maybe you are actually more thirsty than hungry?  Snacks can be great, and needed, for sure, everyone is different.
