Thanks for sharing, Vanessa!! I've been making a super yummy and simple protein shake almost every day for the last couple weeks. The only ingredients are:

    • Banana
    • 1/4 cup protein powder (I use plain soy protein powder)
    • 1/2 cup milk (I use vanilla almond milk)
    • Spoonful of almond butter
    • Splash of vanilla
    • Splash of maple syrup

I blend it all up and it's soo tasty! Sometimes I go a bit further and add cinnamon or malted milk powder for extra flavor 🙂

@Lbwach12 do you cook your ingredients with your eggs in a pan or mix together salad style??

I usually mix together at the end, salad style!
