I want to share a couple recipes that are high protein as ways you can enjoy or share with your clients to enjoy!
Frozen Yogurt Protein "cookie"
170g Greek yogurt (I use vanilla but you can play with the flavors)
2 lightly salted rice cakes, crumbled into small bits
1 scoop high quality protein powder (flavor of choice, again you can play around with this)
14g pretzels
Mix all together in a bowl. Lay on parchment paper, flatten out and stick in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Note: you want the rice cakes in small pieces since it will freeze and they can be hard on the teeth if they aren't.
2 ingredient Protein Cheesecake
1 vanilla Fairlife protein drink (or protein powder mixed with 300mL unsweetened nut milk of choice)
14g sugar free cheesecake flavor instant pudding mix (again, you can play with the flavor profile in this)
Mix in a shaker bottle and pour into a dish. Refrigerate for a few hours.
Add berries to this mix or top it with berries for a delicious treat!
Macros on both recipes will depend on the protein powder/drink used but they will range 25-35g of protein and be 325 calories or less for the entire recipe!
