Anyone have protein-packed breakfast options?

I've been drinking protein shakes every morning for the past 2 weeks and I've honestly felt great! I don't feel like I'm "starving" throughout the day, and can eat at a good pace.

It's getting cold, so I'm looking for breakfast other options that are warm and protein packed. If you have some suggestions please let me know!

I love protein oats!

Same, plus you can top oats with nuts and seeds for some extra nutrients. Also easy to make the night before, or pre-mix to heat up in the morning.

I like protein oats as well.  I usually have them cold (like overnight oats) and add some fruit and almonds.

What shake do you use? This time of year I love to make a Oatmeal variation with yogurt. I cook 1/2 c oatmeal 1/3 c Hemp seeds 1/4 c Chia seeds 2tbsp flaxseed 1 scoop Collagen powder With 1/2 water and 1/3 Almond Milk I also add some stevia if needed. I usually fill 4-5 6 oz cups for the week. I mix the warm with 1/3 c of Greek yogurt, cinnamon, pecans and stevia. It’s protein packed, delicious and will not make you fell stuffed! Bonus- something different than Eggs!

I add protein powder to my coffee. I used one of those little hand held coffee mixers or I use my nutribullet. You can do this with hot or cold coffee. Egg whites are an easy quick way to get your protein in. Also, I meal prep just to have things on hand and I like to keep a container of cooked chicken breast in my fridge. Having something quick to grab and warm up is good to have.

Do you use protein powder that's specifically designed for coffee? Or can any protein powder work?

I love me some eggs in the morning - toss in some veggies, a side of toast and you are good to go
