We all have a busy season of life… Whether it is the holidays, a vacation, something happening with the family or work, we hit a point where it’s hard to fit in your workouts. And honestly health is a journey… It’s not something you do for 21 days… It’s something that you stay consistent with overtime.

 

During a busy season of life, that is not the time to start something new… It’s the time to appreciate the small pockets of time you can find. And if you are new to exercise, you should never start with too much too soon. It will leave you feeling discouraged and often that’s why people quit. So start with baby steps, listen to your body, and do the best you can. In this video I will give you some tips as to how to stay on track with your movement when in the middle of a busy season of life!
