Join in on this 45 minute at home kickboxing HIIT workout for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.  We will work up a sweat, throw a few punches, and release some stress while having fun! 

 

Kickboxing has always been my favorite form of cardio exercise. It's empowering and fast-paced but feel free to modify in any way.  One of my favorite sayings "There's no shame in the modify game!"
