All this week we got sweaty by doing 4x 10-minute obé Fitness videos with your favorite instructors @ana_obé @Alex_obé @Dorian_obé! It has been an AMAZING week and was a great way to go into the 3-day weekend.

Missed the challenge! Going to try the first 10-min one today. May even stack all four to get a long 40 mins in (if I can last!)
