physical therapists are listed on their website as one of the professionals eligible for the WellPro membership. I would google it and take a pic to show them when you go in store.

when you go in-person to a store and tell an associate that you would like to sign up for well pro you will have to show them your credentials and provide them with your name, phone number & email. It will then send you a personal barcode / code. That code enables you to get 25% off on full price items that you are buying for yourself.
