I was wondering if anyone has any advice for fitness after pregnancy. I’ve lost a ton of weight (thank you breastfeeding) and have been working out a little, but really want to create a more frequent schedule and fitness routine to stay fit and feel healthy.
If I can offer advice, it is to let go of “getting your body back”. You don’t want your body from before. You want THIS body that gave birth to a baby! That’s a miracle!!!! It means things won’t be the same, but in some ways you’ll be the strongest you’ve ever been. Ease in, listen to your cues, and pelvic floor work all the way! CONGRATS on the baby btw!!! How old?
