hi Sarah! I've decided I need to add yoga to my life and I thought you could point me in the right direction. When my friends were getting "addicted" to yoga, I never felt bitten by the bug. I'm a fit 52 (Crossfit mostly). I played soccer all the way through college and up until i was about 45. I have the usual aches and pains for my age, but i'm mostly very fit. I know that yoga would help me feel better in many ways and also help me with my fitness. The question is...where to start? I live outside NYC and there's many studios, plus many online options. Again, where to start? I've done some yoga classes here and there so i know most of the basic poses. I would love any resources you can suggest! thanks.
