I joined because I was curious and also looking for online yoga workouts.
D for me, I love fitness and nutrition and can talk about it and learn more about new trends all day!

I was so impressed with the qualifications of the guides and their areas of expertise, and I couldn't believe we could send them questions and interact directly! I especially liked the choice to include topics like sleep and mindful movement. I'm most excited for the live workshops and events.
Hi Athleta Well Team! I haven't had a lot of opportunity to dive into this group, but I'm looking forward to opportunities to connect with members in the area for meet ups. I'd especially love for ways for members to try each others' preferred workout. Also virtual meet ups as well from experts about mindfulness, meditation, nutrition and overall health and wellness would be great!

To get to know what others are saying about certain health and wellness topics. I like that this is a space that’s not on FB.
It would be D for me. I’m a former collegiate athlete who was excited to have some interesting topics of discussion around fitness and nutrition. I like engaging in those conversations.
My favorite topics thus far have been questions surrounding experience - things like what’s your weekend routine, what do you eat typically in the morning, etc. I like sharing and hearing more from others in this way.
I’ve attended online Athleta events and I can’t wait to experience more opportunities through AthletaWell!
