Very nice to meet you . Thank you for your interest in Aromatherapy.
Essential oils are nature’s healing gift to us and support us in healing and balancing our bodies, mind, emotions and spirits.
Since I have been studying it I have been using it everyday. I like to make my own body spray, facial oil/serum, and I also use it to heal minor burns/scratches/mosquito bites, to naturally repel insects, to ease headaches or tummy aches, boost my emotional wellbeing, and much more. Let me know if that answers your question or if I can be of further assistance.
Thank you for your interest. Please see my answer below that should answer your question regarding the prevention. To deal with itchy bites I would recommend diluting a drop of lavender and peppermint oil in a natural base oil and applying to the bites. Hope this helps. 🙂
Yes, sitting on the patio is so lovely. You could diffuse the oils or dilute them in a base oil and apply them to your skin. They are very potent so just a few drops should work. I would recommend a blend of any of these oils:
Citronella, Eucalyptus, Lemongrass, Peppermint and Lavender. Hope this helps.
