    Brain health - stopping the ongoing chatter in our heads;  Incorporating vegetables in creative ways into breakfast, snacks - not just dinner; challenges like reading 10 pages a day of positive motivational books for 30 days and commenting on what learning; Doodling - how this simple creative process with whatever you have -pens, markers, etc can free your mind and put you in a positive mood.

    Everything from discussions, fitness, workshops. Important topics for me are mental health, nutrition, fitness and sleep. I loved when there used to be fitness classes at the stores. Please bring them back.

    weekdays would be great. Especially morning. A class that is focused on the 50+ age group and the issues we face- menopausal issues like flabby abs, importance of exercise, stretching.
