Brain health - stopping the ongoing chatter in our heads;  Incorporating vegetables in creative ways into breakfast, snacks - not just dinner; challenges like reading 10 pages a day of positive motivational books for 30 days and commenting on what learning; Doodling - how this simple creative process with whatever you have -pens, markers, etc can free your mind and put you in a positive mood.

I love that you care about me!  Definitely aging, menopause, healthy habits and some mental health for new empty nesters.  I like mornings, 10 ish.  Thank you!!
