In this live talk, Allyson connects with Power of She Fund Child Care grant recipients, Elana Meyers Taylor and Kaleo Kanahele Maclay, as they talk about raising a family while pursuing their dreams. From the sacrifices they've made to their biggest sources of strength, they'll dive deep into their journeys as moms and champions.

Allyson Felix is a mother, wife, and the most decorated American Track & Field Olympian of all time. Off the track, Felix is a fierce advocate for maternity rights for all women. During the 2020 Olympics, Felix alongside her new sponsor Athleta, created the Power of She Fund: Child Care Grant – a fund to assist mom-athletes with childcare while competing at the games.Felix has always been passionate about children and serves as a member of the Right To Play board hoping to raise awareness for underserved children in developing regions.
Kaleo Kanahele Maclay is a 3x Paralympic Medalist for Team USA’s Womens Sitting Volleyball Team with 12+ years competing at this level. Kaleo opened and owns a coffee, bakery, and floral shop located in the heart of Oklahoma City, Flower and Flour, as well as a decorated cookie company, Cookies by Kaleo. On top of being an athlete and business owner, Kaleo is also a mom to two boys (4 years and 3 months) and a wife of 6+ years to her husband, Matt.
Elana Meyers Taylor made history, becoming the first woman to earn a spot on the US National Team as a 4-man bobsled pilot. She went on to break records, becoming a 5x olympic medalist and the first woman to win the World Championships in the 2-woman event. In addition to her career as an athlete, Elana holds an MBA in finance, a master’s degree in sports management, and a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. She is also the mother to her beloved 2 year-old boy and wife.
