Hi Athletawell Community. Here we are in week 3 already of our Body Self Love Challenge and I hope you are feeling more connected to yourself and remembering all of the reasons why you are so special. This week I challenge you to do no less than 15 minutes of movement a day that is purely for joy. Not something to move the needle on the scale, build muscle, or burn off something you ate. Just something that moves your body for no other reason than pleasure. Maybe it's a dance party in your underwear, a good stretch session, a walk in the park...anything that feels good to you but that is not being done for vanity reasons. I Hope you have an amazing week and that you are having a magical love affair with yourself.
