Kudos for making a change and seeing results! Sounds like you are doing what feels right for you and want to build consistency. Tracking is a valuable tool when it comes to building new habits and sustaining them. I encourage you to choose a tracking method that is easy for you. It can be as simple as a red X on a wall calendar or as detailed as writing down each workout along with how your body and mind feel before and after. Apps are an effective tracking tool, too. There are SO many options, so you can find one that works best for you. You know tracking the number on the scale doesn’t feel good for you (I give you a ‘high ten’ for that!), so track what does. Need ideas? Here goes! Duration of daily movement, how your body feels, how your clothes fit, water consumption, stress levels, sleep quality, nutrition, things you can do that you couldn’t before, energy levels, times you didn’t want to but did it anyway… If you don’t have one yet, consider finding an accountability partner. The connection and support you provide for each other helps you keep going when it gets boring or difficult and celebrating your milestones is sweeter, too! You’ve got this
